Proact looks for new CEO after resignation

Been in role for two years

Cloud services provider Proact is looking for a new CEO after Jason Clark resigned from his position as of today (1 February).

The Stockholm-headquartered firm has initiated a recruitment process for a new CEO, with senior group management executive Peter Javestad having been appointed as acting CEO.

Clark took over as CEO of Proact in January 2016, and was previously responsible for Proact UK. The company provides data centre, cloud and traditional IT system services, employing over 800 people in 15 countries across Europe and North America.

Last year, Proact was awarded a place on the UK public sector ESPO IT services framework, serving councils, schools, colleges, the NHS, the police and emergency services.
