PagerDuty builds operations ecosystem

PagerDuty, a provider of digital operations management, has announced a new partner integration programme.‎ The move follows the news last week that PagerDuty had closed a $90m Series D investment, raising the value of the company to $1.3bn.

The new programme aims to fuel the continued growth of PagerDuty¹s 300-plus integrations by providing the foundation for a "significantly expanded ecosystem", said the vendor.

Jukka Alanen, senior vice president of business development and corporate strategy at PagerDuty, said: "We will expand our collaboration with integration partners and bring joint value to customers by helping them innovate and improve operations more comprehensively."

Customers now have the ability to discover relevant integrations based on key categories, such as event processing, IT service management and security, as well as have access to more useful information about integrations and joint solutions, including use cases and case studies.

Verified integrations include products from the likes of Amazon, AppDynamics, Atlassian, BMC, CA, Cisco, Google and ServiceNow.

PagerDuty customers include IBM, GE, Capital One, American Eagle Outfitters, Pitney Bowes, Box and ING, along with thousands of small- to mid-sized organisations around the world.
