Pervacio opens new European mobile solutions HQ in UK

To improve service to customers throughout the Europe, US mobile device solutions specialist Pervacio has established a new technology hub in Birmingham, UK.

Headquartered in the US and operating in 30 countries, Pervacio works with gadget manufacturers and mobile carriers, including in retail operations to enhance customer service, and in warehouse operations with its management platform. Samsung, Bell, Sprint, DoCoMo and T-Mobile are among its custiomers.

In relocating to Birmingham from a previous smaller site in Coventry, West Midlands, Pervacio says it will benefit from a more central location, which will facilitate improved customer service and access to a wider skills base.

Pervacio vice president of global business development, Hussain Hussain, said: “We’re doing more and more business across Europe so our investment in a bigger and better resourced regional hub is an important step.

“It will enable us to satisfy the growing demands of current clients and capitalise on new market opportunities as we continue to build our reputation as a global specialist in the end-to-end management of mobile devices.”

Engineering support, R&D and customer support services are all available from the UK office, which also provides a base for software architects and is home to the company's global marketing team.

As part of its growth plan, Pervacio is investing in its marketing capabilities and following the appointment of a global marketing manager and client relationship specialist, the company is now recruiting a head of product marketing to join the Birmingham-based team.
