RSA gets new EMEA partner head

RSA, the Dell-owned security solutions vendor, has appointed Nigel Ng as vice president of international sales. In addition to his current role leading sales in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ), Ng has now been given responsibility for EMEA.

The company said Ng will build and expand the company's international business and help customers accelerate business growth while undergoing digital transformation.

One of his first objectives, said RSA, is hiring a sales leader for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) to drive transformation in key verticals and for government clients, while “deepening strategic alliances with partners”.

Ted Kamionek, senior vice president, global sales at RSA, said: “Nigel's customer-centric and engaging leadership style will help accelerate our go-to-market strategy to better serve our customers and partners.”

Ng said: “I’m excited to be given this opportunity to lead the international sales organisation and to work with our strategic partners to enable our customers to play to win.”

He has been with RSA for 18 years and prior to that he was with Computer Associates, among other firms.
