Managed service provider the 848 Group has brought in recruitment firm Talent Build as it looks to recruit dozens of new staff in various roles to support continued business growth.
The Microsoft Gold Partner and cloud services specialist wants the extra staff to help meet demand from both new and existing clients.
The Stafford, West Midlands-headquartered provider says it wants to recruit both local and national talent. It has already more than doubled its headcount over the past 18 months, and now employs over 80 nationwide through a flexible and hybrid working model.
Jocelyn Brown, who heads up Talent Build, will take the lead on the business’ recruitment drive, as 848's newly appointed chief talent officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment management and consultancy.
"We’re moving on to the next stage of our development," said Kerry Burn, CEO of the 848 Group. "We take employee learning and development seriously and have an exceptional employee retention rate. Jocelyn and Talent Build will play a key role in helping us find the best IT talent to join our team and become a part of our ongoing growth."
Jocelyn Brown added: "The company is entering a very exciting phase with strong predicted growth and this will open up opportunities for new team members and development for existing employees. 848 has some incredible opportunities for IT professionals in the early years of their careers, as well as those who are highly experienced and looking for the next opportunity to develop their expertise and take their career to the next level."
