Access4 drives UK expansion with Luminate acquisition

Access4 has acquired Luminate Wholesale, marking a significant step in its global expansion strategy, in a move that introduces the company’s SaaS Communications Platform, SASBOSS, to the UK market, giving channel partners access to seamless automation and intelligent UC, CX, and UX service delivery.

With SASBOSS, the company will be better positioned to help service providers automate, scale, and future-proof their cloud communication offerings, eliminating operational complexity while unlocking new revenue opportunities.

The acquisition also brings the 10-strong Luminate team into the Access4 family, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of service for all staff.

Luminate's Managing Director, Jonathan Walker, will become a new member of the Access4 executive leadership team and will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy of the business and deepening relationships with partners and vendors across the UK.
