Air IT has acquired fellow MSP Vital Technology Group, its eleventh acquisition since 2020.
Both Vital and Air IT are Microsoft Gold Partners. Lee Evans and Alex Dawson, joint managing directors of Vital, said: “We’ve spent the last 15 years developing and growing Vital into a successful regional business with an enviable local reputation.

Air IT focuses on providing UK SMEs with business continuity and cloud services, managed cyber security and business intelligence services.
Combined, Air IT and Vital employ almost 500, and operate across eight regional UK offices, delivering a local service to over 2,300 clients.
