BCN Group has acquired yet another UK MSP, after a buying spree that has taken place over the last 18 months.
Its latest capture is NewCMI, founded in 2009, and with offices in London, Belfast and the Thames Valley.
Offering a complementary product set to BCN, as specialists in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Microsoft Azure, cyber security and managed IT, the acquisition will bolster BCN’s portfolio and expand its UK base, which currently sits at 1,200 customers.
This is the second acquisition since ECI Partners invested in BCN in 2022, following on from the purchase of Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist Evo-Soft in September 2022. Other companies were bought before that.
Rob Davies, CEO of BCN Group, said: “CMI’s complimentary product and service offering allows us to increase our Microsoft customer base and strengthen our team of technical experts. Importantly, the acquisition means we can take our combined technical capability to the next level, further establishing BCN as a key player among UK managed service providers.”
