Centrilogic acquires Microsoft Azure partner WatServ

Centrilogic has strengthened its portfolio of strategic advisory, cloud, cybersecurity, and application management services following its acquisition of Microsoft Azure partner WatServ.

The deal will extend the IT solutions provider’s footprint across Canada and the USA and add over 100 new mid-market and enterprise clients to its portfolio.
