CloudCoCo has enlisted the expertise of tech veteran Lee Thatcher as its new Head of Cloud and Innovation, with eyes set on reaching its £100m revenue target.
He joins the £25m IT services reseller with nearly 20 years of tech experience, having previously held senior cloud roles at Tieva (formerly Optm and the pure technology group).
With his appointment, CloudCoCo aims to transform into a cloud-agnostic, multi-cloud provider.
Lee said: "The marketplace is crowded, but rarely do you find a MSP that is a true multi-cloud player.
"We're one step ahead now when it comes to the strength of our offering and the pace with which we can transform UK businesses - within our existing customer base, let alone in the wider space."
To supercharge its growth, CloudCoCo has also forged alliances with Abstract Tech and Ingram Micro, offering vendor cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google GCP.
Founder and CEO Mark Halpin added: “The partnership with Abstract means we'll have the technical means and resource to compete with some of the biggest players in our space, enabling us to secure larger and longer deals with complex, multi-site organisations across the UK.”
