SAP ERP services specialist Codestone Group has acquired Microsoft managed service provider Cloud Business.
Codestone Group is headquartered in Poole, Dorset, UK and Cloud Business is based in Basingstoke, Berkshire, UK. Cloud Business employs over 90 delivering Azure, Microsoft 365 and cyber security services.
Codestone acquired Clarivos in May 2022 and DSCallards in November 2022. The group now employs 340 across nine countries.

The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
