With over 25 sessions and more than 40 speakers, the UK’s leading managed services event returns to London on 10 September.

With just two weeks' to go, the Managed Services Summit London is making its final call for delegate registrations. The one-day event promises a packed agenda of keynotes, expert insights and peer-driven panel debates, with organisers highlighting that this year’s programme is one of the most content-rich yet.

The day begins with a keynote from rugby World Cup winner Will Greenwood, who will draw on his career at the elite level of sport to share lessons in resilience, leadership and driving performance under pressure. His session sets the tone for a summit built around practical insight and business transformation.

Throughout the day, MSPs themselves will take centre stage in a series of panel discussions designed to spark open debate. The opening session, The state of the MSP market, will examine how providers are adapting to trends such as AI-driven services, everything-as-a-service models and tightening regulation. Later, Building a better MSP will look at how to create profitable operations, touching on recruitment challenges, packaging services for differentiation and ensuring strong margins.

Lisa Ventura

In the afternoon, Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS will take the stage for the second keynote, examining how MSPs can remain competitive in the face of AI-powered attacks, growing regulatory pressure and the rapidly evolving cyber-crime economy.

The afternoon will feature a deep dive into growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, with advisors and MSP leaders discussing how valuations are shifting in 2025 and what buyers are looking for. The closing debate, The MSP Growth Panel, will strip away vendor messaging to focus solely on real experiences from successful operators, with leaders from Camwood, Nanjgel Solutions and Redcentric sharing what is genuinely working to drive scale in the current market.

Alongside these panel debates, a series of expert-led sessions will deliver targeted insight for MSPs. Karine Barsam of GTIA will explore the role of community networks in driving collaboration and growth. Marketing strategist Paul Green will examine how MSPs can differentiate their services and cut through the noise of AI hype. Meanwhile, Heather MacDonald Alford of Counting Creators Ltd will take a financial perspective, showing how to interpret performance data more accurately to build sustainable profitability.

Reflecting on the scope of the programme, Will Garside, Editor of IT Europa, commented: “This year’s Managed Services Summit London is one of the most content-rich programmes we’ve ever staged, with more than 25 distinct sessions and over 40 expert speakers packed into a single day. From keynote insights and deep-dive industry expert sessions to MSP-only panels, the agenda offers delegates a huge amount of practical knowledge and peer-driven discussion to take back into their businesses.”

Beyond the packed agenda, the summit underlines the importance of face-to-face interaction in today’s market. Delegates will have the opportunity to connect directly with peers, exchange experiences and build relationships that go far beyond the conference hall. With registration free for qualifying senior MSP professionals, places are limited — making this the final chance to join the UK’s leading managed services gathering in 2025. https://london.managedservicessummit.com/
