The entries for the inaugural Managed Services Awards 2018 have been assessed and finalists selected in each of the categories. The winners will be announced at the UK Managed Services and Hosting Summit 2018 on 19 September in London. Details of the Summit here
“We had a bit of late rush, probably as people came back from holidays and realised they could still get in before the deadline,” says John Garratt, Editor of IT Europa, who is one of the judges. “We were particularly impressed by the large number entered in the innovation category, so we have decided to split this group in two, looking to reward those innovating in security with a separate award.
“The entry quality level is very high and this is perhaps not surprising, given the level of new thinking that is a feature of the sector,” he added, “We want to use these awards to help publicise the tremendous work going on in the managed services sector and build understanding among customers and potential customers.”
