Intapp, KPMG AG partner to drive digital transformation

Cloud-based software Intapp has forged a strategic alliance with auditing, tax and advisory firm KPMG AG, enabling both firms to build upon their partnership with Microsoft.  

The partnerships will allow private capital, investment banking, legal, accounting and consulting firms as well as corporate legal department clients to leverage the cloud through purpose-built solutions and services.

Through the alliance, both companies will also look to facilitate firmwide connectivity, allowing professionals to provide more effective and insightful services using cloud technology.

The collaboration will enable clients to unlock three key benefits, including trusted cloud transformation, intelligent solutions for modern professionals and continuous innovation, both firms said.
