Kaseya tackles skills gap with new RITSM certification

Kaseya has launched a new Remote IT and Security Management (RITSM) certification to address the growing tech skills gap.

Developed in partnership with Florida International University, Miami Dade College, and Techno Global Team, the programme features both beginner and advanced courses. 

“Thanks to the RITSM course, job seekers are able to change their lives,” said Kaseya CEO, Fred Voccola. “Whether they never finished college, graduated recently, or are changing their career, RITSM prepares people so they can pursue a high-paying job in tech.”

Completing the certification opens doors to employment opportunities within Kaseya and its MSP network.

Starting next spring, Miami Dade College will integrate this programme as a for-credit course.
