ServiceNow MSP partner POPX has appointed Martin Wood as its new CPO to drive customer success.
Wood (pictured) joins POPX following a 13-plus years stint at ServiceNow where he was responsible for building and launching product lines including its review tool platform, HealthScan.
His main priority will be to refine POPX’s offering by continually developing a product strategy and innovation roadmap.
POPX CEO Martin Ford said: “This appointment accelerates our strategy to help tech service providers transform their operations to be as efficient, scalable and profitable as possible.”
Wood added: “My priority has always been to ensure that the customer experience is as good as it can be and that together we’re continuously driving better outcomes that translate to real business value.”
