Copenhagen-based IT consultancy ProData Consult has expanded its footprint across Europe by joining forces with Irish-owned international consulting and technology business Aspira.
Established in 1994, ProData employs approximately 450 people and posted a revenue of €452m in 2021.
Anders Gratte, CEO of ProData Consult and emagine Consulting, said: “By joining forces with Aspira, we get 225 skilled employees and consultants from the very top shelf within IT advisory, consulting, and development. At the same time, we are strengthening our presence in Europe with offices in Ireland, the Netherlands, and Portugal.”
Peter Ryan, CEO of Aspira, added: “This partnership marks ProData Consult's entry into the Irish market and is an exciting new phase for both our companies. Our expertise in professional services and solutions will complement and open up new opportunities for ProData Consul.”
