RingCentral joins CCS's Network Services 3 framework

RingCentral has earned a spot on the Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Network Services 3 framework, qualifying for two lots.

This allows UK public sector agencies to access RingCentral's integrated UCaaS and CCaaS offerings.
