Softcat has been appointment as the official supplier for the South East Grid for Learning’s (SEGfL) national software framework.
The agreement came into effect on 29 September and is set to run for four years, with a value of up to £500m.
Awarded by East Sussex County Council, it will see Softcat provide software solutions to over 2,500 schools, local authorities, and third-sector organisations across the south east of England.
The framework encompasses licensing for Microsoft and other applications, cyber security tools, educational software, and associated hardware, alongside support, maintenance, and software asset management services.
