Cloud and managed service provider SoftwareOne is acquiring Beniva Consulting Group, a provider of ServiceNow solutions and other IT and cloud services.
“The acquisition adds deep process automation and service management specialisation to SoftwareOne’s existing IT asset management (ITAM) services,” said the Switzerland-headquartered firm.
Founded in 2016, and headquartered in Calgary, Canada, Beniva is an Elite ServiceNow partner. ServiceNow is a provider of workflow solutions.
Shadi Khoshab, global director, ITAM and software sourcing services for SoftwareOne, said: "We welcome Beniva and their team. By adding them to our organisation we will supercharge the way we support our clients, helping them achieve their software and cloud portfolio optimisation goals."
Beniva employs around 75 cloud service experts. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
Earlier this week, IT Europa reported that EY had acquired whyaye, a Newcastle, UK-based ServiceNow partner.
