Shyft Global Services, a division of TD SYNNEX, has expanded its depot repair service capabilities and global reach by acquiring IT lifecycle firm Cokeva.
The acquisition grants Shyft customers access to Cokeva's 220,000 sq. ft. Roseville facility, adding to Shyft's existing facilities in Ohio, Poland, the Netherlands, and Singapore.
