Transparity acquires Microsoft partner DataShapa

Uk-based Transparity Solutions has acquired Microsoft-focused Data & AI specialist DataShapa to boost its expertise. 

The acquisition supports Transparity’s plan to expand to over 300 employees within two years. 

DataShapa will integrate as a specialist data practice, benefiting both companies' customers.

Transparity CEO Paul Bolt said: “We hear first-hand from our customers on the strategic importance of data to their organisations and am excited at the prospect of the combined capability of our organisations to help them.”
