Zoom has bolstered its employee experience offering following its acquisition of Ireland-based workplace technology company Workvivo.
Workvivo's platform will be integrated into Zoom's offering, providing customers with new ways to maintain employee engagement and connectivity.
John Goulding, CEO and Co-Founder of Workvivo, said: "Together with Zoom, we can create remarkable solutions, enhance teamwork, and expand collaboration beyond knowledge workers."
The deal is anticipated to be finalised in Q1 FY2024, though the terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
