Agilitas to focus on CX transformation for future growth

Agilitas IT Solutions plans to focus on customer experience transformation to drive growth over the next three years. 

By 2024, the firm plans to form partnerships with UK and global entities to revamp its strategies and broaden the reach of its channel partners beyond geographical boundaries.

It will focus on three main areas - namely Inventory Assurance, Professional Services, and Smart Logistics - while investing in talent development to drive organisational transformation. 

The company also plans to enhance system integration to improve digital access to services.

Agilitas’ CRO John Hayes Warren, who will lead the firm’s growth strategy, said: “Despite this period of change for Agilitas and the wider Technology Channel, our growth strategy is already taking shape with our customer base growing at speed. 

“We will continue to leverage our advantage in inventory management and in-depth service expertise to deliver optimal services and operational capabilities on a global scale.”
