HP-owned Apogee has partnered with MCA and invested in the firm to launch an independent organisation as part of its ambition to extend its European reach.
The first move of their venture is to acquire AM Trust's French print management solutions business, with its team set to move to the new MCA-Apogee enterprise.
Apogee CEO Aurelio Maruggi said: “This investment represents another significant step for Apogee towards establishing a pan-European presence, extending the leadership in Managed Workplace Services established in the U.K. to other major European countries.”
