Apogee's acquisition of Argon Business Systems will play a crucial role in expanding its managed IT services and contributing to its growth strategy, according to CEO Aurelio Maruggi.
This marks Apogee's third acquisition since its ownership shift to HP in 2018, bringing the company's total number of acquisitions to over 20.
The deal is expected to further solidify Apogee’s foothold in the UK and Continental Europe.
Maruggi said: “This acquisition helps strengthen Apogee’s position as a leader in Managed Workplace Services, both in the UK and, as we continue to drive growth, in Continental Europe.”
Argon’s CEO Iain Fairbairn added: “Working with Apogee, we will be able to extend the solutions delivered and the value we can offer to our wide ranging customer base.”
