CallTower partners with Tollring to bring call analytics to Microsoft Teams

CallTower, a provider of unified communications, contact centre, and collaboration solutions, is teaming up with telecom services provider Tollring to offer advanced call analytics on Microsoft Teams through Analytics 365. 

This integrated Microsoft Teams application is designed to help organisations manage customer-facing teams and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
