Tollring is set to launch an AI-driven cloud call recording solution in January.
The company asserts that its new solution commoditizes AI automation by offering platform-agnostic compliance call recording and intelligent call analysis.
Initially delivered on Session Border Controllers, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco BroadWorks, Record AI will be accessible to all users with an organisation, not just in contact centres.

Service providers can access Record AI via subscription, with an option for white-labelling.
