The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has approved HPE's $13bn acquisition of Juniper Networks, following an inquiry started on June 19, 2024.
This deal, covered by the Wall Street Journal and Reuters in January, is HPE’s largest since its $11bn Autonomy purchase in 2011.
HPE cited Juniper’s AI-enhanced networking solutions as a key reason for the acquisition.
Updates will follow with the CMA's full decision text.
