FourNet has enhanced its cybersecurity and network infrastructure offering by acquiring Derby-based Cisco accredited partner Nowcomm.
This marks the company's third acquisition in as many years, with two of those transactions being supported by investors Palatine.
Richard Pennington, co-founder and CEO of FourNet, said: “Today’s strategic acquisition, and the ones to follow, will enable us to maintain our position as the partner of choice for public sector and enterprise customers.”
This acquisition brings FourNet's total employee count to over 200 and follows its previous takeovers of ComputerTel in 2021 and C>Ways in 2022.
