Alan Linter, previously Capita's Director of Innovation for almost two decades, is now stepping into a new role as the Group Consulting Director at Avaya partner, FourNet.
At Capita, Linter (pictured) led digital transformation efforts, introducing the company's first AI conversational tool in 2020 and a real-time AI-assisted agent technology in 2021.
FourNet CEO Richard Pennington said: “Alan Linter’s expertise and background speaks for itself. He is one of the most highly regarded leaders in the industry. He’s worked across almost every sector and helped to deliver CX transformation for some of the biggest brands around.
Linter's expertise spans various sectors, from financial services and energy to retail and the public sector.
Linter added: “I’ve worked with all of the best big technology vendors, and I also know about the new technology being developed, and the startups that FourNet is, or may, work with in future.”
Based in Manchester, FourNet reported £37m in revenue in 2022 and has a workforce of 150.
