Outsourcing firm Capita has expanded its partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate its growth strategy.
This collaboration will help Capita’s public and private sector clients fast-track their digital transformation, gaining new data insights and innovation.
Capita CEO Adolfo Hernadez said: “By turbo-charging our relationship with ServiceNow, we will co-create and innovate solutions that solve our clients’ needs for today and the future – by breaking down silos, connecting data for insights, optimising processes and ultimately lowering costs.”
This is the first of several planned alliances that Capita intends to utilise with technology hyperscalers to enhance the use of tech platforms, automation, and GenAI.
