Digital workflow giant ServiceNow has acquired Germany-based IT services company Raytion to boost its GenAI-powered search and knowledge management on the Now Platform.
Raytion's retrieval technology will integrate data from ServiceNow and third-party systems, enhancing AI Search for a seamless, intelligent user experience.
This acquisition supports ServiceNow's global AI transformation strategy, following recent purchases of Enable OH&S, Hitch Works, and 4Facility technology.
