MSP Node4 has introduced a revamped leadership team with Hannah Birch taking the helm as Group MD following a series of strategic acquisitions over the past three years.
Birch (pictured), who joined in January 2023, oversees the integration of acquisitions like risual, ThreeTwoFour, TNP, and Tisski. She brings extensive experience, including over a decade as an MD at Accenture.
Founder Andrew Gilbert continues as CEO, and Paul Bryce is the new Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
Mark Skelton joins as Chief Technology and Strategy Director alongside Mairead O'Connor as Practice Operations Director, both tasked with driving Node4's Digital Services growth.
Additionally, Jim Casey has been appointed as head of the Customer Experience Management (CXM) Practice, leveraging his extensive experience from companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM to further Node4's industry presence.
