MSP Node4 has appointed Chris Woodhouse as Chairman of the Board to execute its strategic transformation and unify recent acquisitions under one brand.
Woodhouse (pictured), a seasoned leader with a successful track record at Evelyn Partners, RAC, Debenhams, Homebase, Halfords, and the Gondola Group, succeeds Sir Bill Thomas.
Sir Bill steps down after seven years but will remain on the Board, having overseen key acquisitions such as Secura, Starcom, TNP, Risual, Tisski, and ThreeTwoFour.
