Helen Kelisky appointed as new Google Cloud MD for UK&I

Helen Kelisky has joined Google Cloud as its new managing director for the UK and Ireland.

Kelisky (pictured) joins Google Cloud from OpenText, where she was VP of B2B EMEA sales. Prior to that, she helped spearhead IBM’s cloud business operations in both the UK and Ireland.

She brings more than 30 years of expertise in tech sales leadership to this role, having most recently served as SVP of cloud sales at Salesforce, where she had helped set the strategy to ensure sustained double-digit growth at the firm.

Kelisky is also on the board of directors for Women in Telecoms and Technology (WiTT), a non-profit networking group focused on education and enhancing women’s careers.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Google Cloud’s sales strategy and continued development of its go-to-market sales operations in the UK and Ireland while supporting the growth and scale of its customers across a variety of industries.

Commenting on Keisky’s appointment, Adaire Fox-Martin, EMEA cloud president at Google Cloud, said: “We are thrilled to have Helen join us as we accelerate the next stage of growth. She brings a wealth of experience with her to the Google Cloud family.”
