
IP phones and comms vendor Snom Technology has announced the appointment of Mark Wiegleb as vice president of product, and Mario Schenker as head of logistics and sales operations.
-Precisely, the data integrity specialist, has promoted Joel Chaplin to chief information officer, and Dave Shuman to chief data officer.
Both internal promotions follow the retirement of Amy O’Connor, former chief data and information officer. Chaplin will report to Jason Smith, chief financial officer, while Shuman will report to Chaplin.
-Identity security firm SailPoint has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Chandra Gnanasambandam as executive vice president of product and chief technology officer.
Chandra joins SailPoint after a two decades-long career at McKinsey & Company, where he most recently co-led the firm's global high-tech practice.
-ThoughtSpot, the AI-native intelligence platform, has announced the appointment of Brad Roberts as chief financial officer. “This strategic appointment to the leadership team underscores ThoughtSpot’s commitment to building a trusted AI company, that drives industry innovation in the era of AI and agentic analytics,” said the firm.
Roberts brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, having served as a CFO and interim CFO for high growth technology companies, including Addepar and Panorama Education, among others.
He also spent nearly a decade at Synopsys, supporting and managing growth from $400m to $1.3 billion in his tenure, and another decade in the technology practice of strategy consulting firm Bain & Company.
-3Dtracking, a global provider of white-labelled telematics platforms, has appointed Merick Singh as its new head of operations.
In his role Singh is responsible for implementing and optimising service delivery processes for the company’s telematics service provider (TSP) partners, managing their service operations on the 3Dtracking platform.
Singh and his team will expand the training, support and other resources available to ensure the company’s TSP partners are achieving their ongoing operational objectives and strategic growth plans with the 3Dtracking platform, the provider said.
The 3Dtracking solution is a white-labelled software platform used by TSPs around the world to efficiently manage their operations, and offer a range of innovative fleet management, IoT and asset management services and packages. The platform supports multiple languages, is device agnostic and is fully GDPR- and POPIA-compliant.
Singh brings a wealth of experience from across the telematics industry, including senior management roles in business development, operations, compliance and technical support. Prior to joining 3Dtracking, he managed a network of distribution partners in 28 countries across Africa and the Middle East, for a leading provider of asset tracking devices for stolen vehicle recovery and other telematics security applications.
-Zyxel Networks, the cloud networking solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Ken Tsai as its new president.
Since its spin-off from Zyxel Communications in 2019, Zyxel Networks has focused on the small- to medium-sized business networking market, building a market position through its Nebula cloud management platform alongside network security solutions. “Ken Tsai's leadership is expected to bring forward-thinking strategies and market insights that will fuel the company's growth momentum in global markets,” said the firm.
Tsai brings 19 years of experience from the Zyxel Group, having held key positions across various strategic operations and product management units, including the gateway strategic business unit, the management centre, the corporate HR service division, and the business supporting centre.
-STACK Infrastructure, the global developer and operator of data centres, has promoted Matt VanderZanden to president. In his new role, VanderZanden will oversee commercial, financial, development, design and construction, facility management, and legal operations for STACK Americas.
