Switzerland's SoftwareONE has acquired French MSP ISI Expert to expand its own software services business.
ISI Expert provides service offerings across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments. The company is a Microsoft 365 and Azure partner in France, focusing on transformation, migrations and managed services.

ISI Expert employees, which are based across four locations in France, will immediately join the SoftwareONE organisation in France.
SoftwareONE offers its PyraCloud platform to customers, to allow them to to maximise their software investments. It partners with Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, IBM, VMware and Oracle, among others.
