Academia has reported a 22% revenue jump in 2023, hitting a record £130m.
Coinciding with this growth, the firm expanded its workforce by 30%, the Hemel Hempstead IT reseller said.
MD Mark McCormack said: “We’re primed for long-term success. Our customer base is expanding, our recruitment efforts are in full swing to bolster our team and our partner relations have reached unprecedented heights.
“Likewise, our ambitious M&A strategy is on track and will no doubt elevate our market presence even further.”
To enhance its business growth, Academia also announced key appointments: Trevor Nickolls as Sales Director, Kris Bunting as Head of Technical Services, and Peter Heath as Technical Operations Director.
