Accenture has acquired Enimbos, a Madrid-based provider of cloud migration and related services.
Enimbos is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner with more than 130 AWS certifications and has strong relationships with other cloud providers, it says. In addition, Enimbos also provides cloud modernisation services, standardised multi-cloud managed services, and cloud governance and optimization.
The acquisition brings more cloud skills to help clients accelerate their digital transformations, and Accenture has been picking up resources in various countries to support this..
The acquisition follows ACN's recent announcement of a $3.0B investment to help clients rapidly become “cloud-first” businesses and accelerate their digital transformations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
