Nordics and UK managed service provider Advania has acquired VMware and infrastructure services specialist RTS Group of Sweden.
The transaction is expected to close during Q4 2023, pending regulatory approval.
RTS employs 190 with offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Örebro.
"This acquisition emphasises our goal of becoming the preferred IT services provider and our ambition to help create sustainable value for our customers in their digital transformations," said Tomas Wanselius, CEO of Advania Sweden.
"Advania shares our focus on culture, customer intimacy, and growth," added Urban Berlinde, CEO of RTS.
