Arbor Networks, the security division of NETSCOUT has named James Cater as vice president and general manager for EMEA. Arbor generates more than half of its revenue from international markets and has been active in EMEA for more than fifteen years. He is expected to drive Arbor’s sales and channel initiatives as the company further penetrates the service provider and enterprise markets with its suite of visibility, DDoS defence and advanced threat protection solutions.
He joins Arbor from Tata Communications where he was vice president of the Global Systems Integrators Business building. Arbor has a portfolio of solutions that specifically address the needs of enterprises, service providers, data centre and cloud operators:
