Global technology provider Arrow Electronics has appointed Nick Bannister as vice president, who will lead the company’s enterprise computing solutions business in the UK and Ireland.
Bannister (pictured) joined Arrow in 2010 and since then has held numerous senior roles at the company, most recently vice president of strategic alliances across EMEA. Before then, he served as a director of Sphinx CST, a company acquired by Arrow in 2010.
“Nick is an outstanding leader with a proven track record and extensive knowledge of the channel in the UK and EMEA,” said Eric Nowak, president of Arrow`s enterprise computing solutions business in EMEA. “His wealth of experience will be key in creating opportunities for our customers and vendors over the coming years, and I’m confident that Nick will set the roadmap for the next stage of growth in this key region.”
His appointment comes at critical time after the firm hit an annualised revenue of $29bn (£21.2bn) in 2020.
