Avaya has chosen to incorporate Zoom's AI-driven collaboration platform, Zoom Workplace, into its Communication and Collaboration Suite.
This collaboration between Zoom and Avaya aims to offer a combined solution that enhances the collaborative experience for Avaya's clients.
It will facilitate seamless integration between various platforms and devices, enabling users to utilise Zoom Workplace alongside Avaya’s existing solutions.
Furthermore, Avaya will benefit from access to Zoom's AI Companion, as well as its Team Chat, Scheduler, Whiteboard, and Flexible Spaces features.
