BE-terna makes third acquisition in six months

Expanding Austria-headquartered cloud and IT services group BE-terna has acquired SolutionHouse, a Danish Microsoft partner specialising in Dynamics 365 finance and supply chain management.

SolutionHouse is headquartered in Åbyhøj with a subsidiary operation in the Netherlands and has national and international customers who want help in implementing complex ERP projects.

The deal comes after BE-terna this January acquired Tydab, a Swedish Microsoft partner specialising in Dynamics 365 finance and supply chain management. And last October, BE-terna acquired another Dynamics specialist in Pipol, an international provider of business solutions. Christian Kranebitter (pictured) CEO of BE-terna Group, said: “The Microsoft Dynamics 365 know-how of SolutionHouse is really impressive. The company has ERP expertise in finance, manufacturing, supply chain management, retail, service and project management and can provide great assurance in implementation projects.

“We are also now taking our first step in the Netherlands and the next step with our market presence in Scandinavia, which we will consistently expand in the coming years.”

Niels Erik Petersen, managing director at SolutionHouse, said: “Together with BE-terna we will expand our activities in Denmark and the Netherlands. As the offerings of Microsoft Dynamics evolve we see great potential in expanding our value to customers.”

BE-terna specialises in implementing and optimising business processes on Microsoft and Infor-based ERP, CRM and big data platforms and says it has over 1,500 customers. The company now has offices in Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and across the Baltics.
