Bechtle has strengthened its presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Axez ICT Solutions, its second deal in three months following the addition of German business PQR in May.
PQR will become part of Axez, bringing the IT System House workforce to 200 in the Netherlands.
Axez founder and MD René van Dop remains with the firm to develop HPE solutions.
Konstantin Ebert, EVP France, Benelux, and UK, Bechtle, said: “Axez is a great opportunity for us to strengthen our position in the Dutch market with an experienced and well established team. PQR will become a bigger player in the future market of hybrid cloud solutions.”
