German IT firm Bechtle is set to acquire Apixit, a French cybersecurity and digital infrastructure company.
This move, which potentially marks Bechtle's 110th acquisition, will extend its IT services to six European countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.

Apixit and Bechtle are much more than just matching pieces in the french puzzle, we also expect new synergies that will benefit all Bechtle Group companies.”
Post-acquisition, the current financial investors in Apixit will leave, while the executive management will remain unchanged.

The deal awaits approval from Apixit’s workers’ council and French authorities.
