Bechtle targets new customer group via e-commerce platform

Bechtle has extended its E-Commerce platform to companies with a minimum of 50 employees. 

The reseller intends to capitalise on a new customer group and enhance its self-service options via the online platform in the coming years.

Jürgen Schäfer, COO, IT E-Commerce, Bechtle AG, said: “Over the last few years, our focus in the E-Commerce segment has largely been on developing international customer care, but now we are opening the door to even more potential for growth.”

Schäfer added: “This is a fantastic opportunity for us to offer small businesses and start-ups a tried-and-tested, well-established procurement platform for their corporate IT needs.”
