IT security specialist BlueFort Security has announced it has added cloud security company iboss to its cybersecurity portfolio.
Founded in 2003, iboss says it enables organisations to reduce cyber risk by delivering a zero trust service designed to protect resources and users in the modern distributed world.
The firm’s iboss Zero Trust Edge platform reportedly supports more than 4,000 global enterprises, including several Fortune 50 companies.
“We are proud to partner with BlueFort to help organisations across the UK not only meet their security needs but also prepare for the future,” said Paul Martini, CEO and co-founder at iboss. “With the iboss Zero Trust Edge, organisations can adopt a zero trust architecture, which protects resources regardless of location, while allowing approved users to access those resources from wherever they work.”
iboss will become a core value-add offering within BlueFort Evolve, BlueFort’s client-focused benefits package.
According to BlueFort Security, Evolve is designed to bolster the resources of its customers’ internal IT teams by providing specialist IT technical and professional services expertise when needed.
“Zero trust is rooted in the belief that nothing should be trusted, whether it resides within the network or outside,” added Ian Jennings, co-founder and CEO, technical and operations at BlueFort Security. “The iboss solution, coupled with our unique BlueFort Evolve service wrapper helps us address key target markets perfectly.”
