BPD Zenith has expanded its asset management capabilities by acquiring Peacock Engineering, a gold partner of IBM and IFS.
The complete sale incorporates all assets, intellectual property, and a team of 75 professionals spanning technical, support, and sales divisions, which will now integrate into BPD Zenith.
BPD Zenith CEO Oliver Garthwaite said: “This acquisition will help us to accelerate our growth and better serve our customers."
Alan Cambridge and Roger Walker, co-founders of Peacock Engineering, will step into their new roles as the group's Head of Strategy and Head of Innovation, respectively.
Cambridge added: “By joining BPD Zenith, it will enable the Peacock Engineering team to deliver our solutions, in particular, Fingertip, but also our other IP, to a wider global audience, helping our existing and new customers to make better-informed data-driven decisions.”
